SolvinMe Terms of Service

Introduction

Our mission is to connect professionals worldwide so they can demonstrate their expertise authentically, become more productive, and successful.

SolvinMe is designed to help professionals, creators, and innovators be discovered by clients, partners, recruiters, and others, as well as provide you with the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and share valuable portfolios and insights with the SolvinMe ecosystem.

1. Contract

By creating an account, accessing, or using SolvinMe services (including resume building, portfolio creation, and content upload features), you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with SolvinMe ("we", "us"). You represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to this contract ("Terms of Service"), do not register for or access our services. The use of additional features, such as SolvinMe Premium, may be subject to binding additional terms and payment obligations.

2. User Obligations

2.1. Registration Requirements

To use our services, you agree that: (1) you must use your real name or a valid professional name; (2) you will not engage in fraudulent practices; and (3) you will not provide false or misleading information regarding your education, employment, or expertise.

2.2. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the posts, works, media, documents, or portfolios you upload. You agree that:

• You will only post authentic content that does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You will not upload content containing viruses, malware, or other malicious material.
• You will maintain professional conduct and will not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech against other users.

2.3. Use of AI and Resume Analyzer

When using the Resume Analyzer or other AI-based tools, you understand that the feedback provided is advisory. We do not guarantee that a high score will absolutely ensure you are hired for a job.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Your Ownership Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload. However, by uploading it to SolvinMe, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable license to process, copy, and display the content publicly in accordance with your privacy settings (Public/Connections/Private).

3.2. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback to SolvinMe regarding feature improvements, we reserve the right to use and implement that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

4. Service Limits and Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or terminate services (including Premium features) at any time. We are not obligated to store your content indefinitely. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after the changes are published signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SolvinMe (including its affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data arising from the use of this platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to SolvinMe (if any) in the past 12 months.

6. Termination of Contract

You may terminate this contract at any time by permanently closing your account through the Account Security Settings. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends, but obligations such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability will survive.

7. Miscellaneous

• No Partnership: This contract does not create a partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and SolvinMe. You have no authority to bind SolvinMe to any obligation.
• Assignment: You may not assign this Contract in whole or in part without prior written consent from SolvinMe. Any attempt to assign in violation of this restriction will be void. However, SolvinMe may assign this Contract to its affiliates or in the event of a corporate acquisition or merger.
• Governing Law: This contract is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved exclusively in courts having jurisdiction within the Republic of Indonesia.
• Severability: If any provision of this Contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to be enforceable to the maximum extent possible in accordance with its original intent. The remaining provisions of this Contract will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: If we do not act immediately or delay in taking action regarding a breach of this Contract, it does not mean SolvinMe has waived its right to enforce this Contract at a later date.
• Communication: We may provide legal notices to you via the SolvinMe platform or send them to the registered email address associated with your account. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
